To ensure that everyone receives the utmost best service we have a cancellation and late policy. Arriving on time is absolutely essential to ensuring that all guests are provided with the best service. If you are late for your appointment then you will cause a delay in all other guests' appointments. So please arrive on time.

Late and No-Show:
If you are running late you must notify us prior to your scheduled appointment time, however if you are late for over 15 minutes or if you do not show up for your appointment, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged a cancellation fee. In addition, all your future appointments, we will require a deposit of $50+* on all bookings. For no-show customers without prior notices, your name will also go into a black list database that is shared by many of the premium professional salons in Australia. By making a booking with our salon either via phone or online, you automatically agree to these terms and conditions.

Cancellation and Reschedule:
For cancellations you must notify us at least 12 hours in advance if you wish to cancel or reschedule, this provides our wait-list clients with an opportunity to take your appointment, otherwise you will be charged a cancellation fee and asked for a $50+* deposit upon making future bookings.

Deposit:
Certain chemical services (hair extensions and straight perms) require a deposit of $100+. This is due to the lengthy service time required to complete this service. This is a standard industry code of practice worldwide.

Deposits are to be made over the phone with a credit card, if you are not able to make a payment over the phone, you will be required to come to the salon to arrange the deposit and the booking. Unable to make a deposit payment will not secure you an appointment.

The deposit amount will count towards your total bill upon checkout on the day of service. The deposit is not an extra fee, it is simply a prepaid amount towards your total final bill; If you have made a deposit and you do not show up for your scheduled appointment time or you do not give us 12 hours notice before cancelling or rescheduling, the deposit will NOT be refunded to you.

Refusal of Service:
To ensure a harmony salon environment, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

Warranty Information:
Due to the nature of our products, absolutely no refunds will be granted on any products sold. All chemical services carry a warranty. The warranty information document will be given to you at check out of each chemical service.
